Since the late 1980s, Neil McNeil has trained thousands of people, from junior executives to the Directors and CEOs of blue-chip multi-national companies, as well as senior overseas politicians, celebrities, athletes, charity officials, campaign groups, emergency services personnel, a Wimbledon men's singles champion and an astronaut, to present themselves and their organisations effectively, both in internal meetings and to the press, radio and television.

The majority of Neil's work is conducted in the UK, but he regularly travels further afield - assignments have been conducted in the USA, Moscow, Johannesburg, the Middle East, Amsterdam, Brussels, Geneva, Paris, Zurich, Oslo and Madrid.

Neil began his career in 1983 as a news reporter in BBC local radio, before becoming the producer of the week-day afternoon programme at Piccadilly Radio in Manchester.

He worked as a television newsreader in Riyadh in Saudi Arabia in the mid-80s, before returning to London to work for a private radio production company in the West End. Whilst there, he produced and presented a science and technology programme for LBC Radio, before leaving to become one of the first presenters on SKY television.
